the company has the registered capital of is 500 million rmb, covering more than 2000 acres with almost 2000 workers in total. there are 8 high-end glass production lines in commission now, yield 5700 tons/day. the company has totally 3 docks with 38000 tons level matching the production line. (5,000 tons, 3,000 tons, 30,000 tons respectively) and 3 quartz sand sand mine with annual production of 500,000 tons. the construction of the 210,000 tons oil reservoir area, liquefaction gas gasification tank area and other supporting facilities have been completed as well.
in september 2010, the company developed the first domestic multi-coating flexible local low-e coated glass (low-e glass) production line in order to achieve a large-scale production. in april 2011, the breakthrough on online transparent electro-oxide coated glass (tco glass) has made it the first online tco coated glass industrialized producing company domestically and the third internationally. in addition, the performance criteria have already reached the quality requirements of similar imported tco products in domestic thin coated solar battery companies.
as the first online coating tco glass industrial company domestically, it make a great contribution to the development of our green solar industry. in 2012, fujian qibin group co. ltd built an 11mw electrical photovoltaic program on the roof of zhangzhou qibin glass co. ltd, which was a demonstration project of national golden sun as well as company’s self-produced electricity generation using solar energy thin coated battery components. on april 2013, with the onsite qualification testing by national fiscal experts, the electricity generation can reach to 12.4 million degrees.
